Christmas Concerts
Our Christmas Concerts are around the corner! Kindergarten to Grade 2 will perform on Wednesday, December 4, and Grades 3 to 6 will take the stage on Thursday, December 5. Each family can order two tickets per student to attend their child’s performance. If you need more , we will distribute extras tickets closer to the date. Doors open at 6:00, performances start at 6:15pm. Families are also invited to attend the dress rehearsal at 1:30 p.m. on the same day as the performance — no ticket required! Keep an eye out for the ticket order form, which will be sent home with your child on Monday.

Parents – do you have two hours you could spare to help kindergarten or Grade 1 students write their wish lists, or help at the cash desk? Volunteers interested in helping with the book fair should contact Mrs. Watson in the library by email at alwatson@cbe.ab.ca

Parent-Teacher Conferences | Nov 28 & 29
Parent-Teacher conferences are coming up! Kindergarten conferences begin during the day on Thursday November 28. All students have conference times available on Thursday evening 4pm-8pm and Friday morning 8am-12pm. Please note there is no school for Kindergarten on Thursday Nov 29, and no school for all students on Friday Nov 29.
We want to make sure you can understand everything at parent-teacher conferences. If you need an interpreter, we can provide one for free through a telephone service. Please email and let your child’s teacher know ahead of time so we can set it up.
Conferences are booked online through your MyCBE. Look for the icon:
Bookings begin at 8am on Monday Nov 18. Each conference is 15 minutes long.

How to Create an Account
Families need to go to MyCBE to create an account. You will need to know the email you have on file at our school, as well as your child's CBE Student ID number (available on report cards, IPPs or call the school office) and birthdate.

If You Need Help
If you are still experiencing problems, you can get help in creating your account from the Parent Account Help Line at 403-817-6373. Please Note: this is a temporary help line only for parents having trouble creating their PowerSchool account. The Help Line cannot directly assist parents/guardians with the following:
- accessing personal information within My CBE / PowerSchool;
- verifying email addresses, student IDs or birthdates;
- solving computer software or internet connection problems; or
- answering questions about Fees or Transportation.
