School Spirit Day
Wednesday, September 23rd is Pattern Day! Students can participate by wearing as many patterns as they want, wearing their favourite pattern, or any other way that they want.

Thank you to all our students who showed bravery, determination, and perseverance while running in support of the Terry Fox Foundation. Your efforts demonstrated the true spirit of Terry Fox and helped make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Orange Shirt Day – September 29
On Tuesday, September 29, our school community will recognize Orange Shirt Day, a time to honour the experiences of Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and reflect on the ongoing impacts of residential schools on Indigenous Peoples. Students and staff are encouraged to wear orange as we come together in the spirit of truth, reconciliation, and the belief that Every Child Matters.
Please note that there will be no school on Wednesday, September 30, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We encourage families to take time to learn, reflect, and participate in activities that deepen understanding of the history and ongoing legacy of residential schools in Canada.
Awesome Acadian Program

Small Toy Prizes Requested
Our school is looking for donations of small toy prizes to support puzzle draw winners! Items such as stickers, small games, puzzles, fidget toys, erasers, pencils, or other age-appropriate prizes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us recognize and encourage our students. Donations can be dropped off at the school office. We appreciate your support!
