School Closure Notice

Due to ongoing teacher job action, Acadia School will be closed and all school activities are cancelled until further notice. We know this is a challenging time for families and we truly appreciate your patience and support.  

Google classroom is available for grades 1-6, as well as any classroom based apps or programs students have already used this year. Please see prior teacher emails or log in cards that your student may have. The school and teachers are unable to support families with technical issues during the strike. Please see the Government of Alberta website for additional supports: https://www.alberta.ca/parent-supports-during-school-closure 

Please cancel any Healthy Hunger orders for October 21. To cancel, log in to your Healthy Hunger account, navigate to "My Saved Orders" or "My Upcoming Orders," and select the option to "delete order" or "cancel & refund". 

Vaccinations and school pictures have been cancelled and will be rescheduled when school resumes. Dates will be updated when school reopens.
