Special Performance
School Council has generously sponsored a visit and performance by First Nations NBA entertainer and host Q-Mack on Wednesday morning. The BE AN ALL-STAR Assembly transforms the gym into the feel of a fully produced NBA halftime show complete with world class entertainment and a rock solid message on standing up against bullying and being inclusive by becoming an "All-Star Student". The character education focus is on:

We’re excited to host our Scholastic Book Fair during Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 27 and 28! This is a great opportunity for students and families to explore a wonderful selection of books and support our school’s literacy programs. Every purchase helps put new books and resources into our classrooms and library.

Parents – do you have two hours you could spare to help kindergarten or Grade 1 students write their wish lists, or help at the cash desk? Volunteers interested in helping with the book fair should contact Mrs. Watson in the library by email at alwatson@cbe.ab.ca.
