WAG Dec 11-15 | Concert Week! School Spirit Dates and Themes, Other Reminders: Grade 6 Fundraiser - Prize Draw Tickets, Popcorn Sales; Purdy's Chocolate Pick Up, Dates
It’s concert week!
The office has been busy sending tickets home for our concerts and we are very excited to see our student perform! Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate anyone who does not have a ticket on the night of the performances, as we are very limited in the gym’s capacity. A very limited number of extra tickets are available. Please contact the office as soon as possible to inquire.
Evening performances begin at 6:15, with doors opening at 6:00. Adventures parents, please pick up your children, exit at the Adventures doors, and walk to the front.
Families are invited to attend the dress rehearsal at 1:45pm on the day of their evening performance. (K/1 on Tuesday, 2/3 on Wednesday and 4/5/6 on Thursday). Doors open at 1:30. You do not need tickets. Entry and exit through the front doors only.
Other reminders:
The grade 6 students are fundraising to help pay for outdoor school. They have a wonderful assortment of donations (thanks parents and staff) and students can purchase a prize draw entry for 50 cents at lunch recess. Kindergarten students can participate but should bring their money in a bag or envelope labeled with their name and give it to their teacher for assistance with choosing their raffle tickets. The prizes will be drawn Dec 18-22 during caroling activities each day in the gym. Popcorn sales continue on Wednesday at recesses. $2 per bag.
Purdy's chocolate orders are in and have been sorted, pick up of the orders will happen after the Holiday Concerts this coming week. If you need to arrange a different pick up please email Jill M at acadiafundraising@gmail.com. Thank you for your continued support!
